Our service
Healuxa is a platform that lists verified practitioners and facilities and coordinates bookings and logistics. We are not a healthcare provider.
No medical advice
Nothing on Healuxa is medical advice. Clinical decisions are made between you and your clinician. In an emergency, call 998 or 999.
Practitioners and facilities
We verify licences before publishing profiles, but practitioners and facilities remain responsible for the care they provide.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. You can sign out other devices from your account.
Fees and payments
Prices show the professional fee and the facility fee. Taxes and any platform fees are shown before payment. Cancellation and refund rules are shown before you confirm.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Healuxa is not liable for the clinical services provided by practitioners or facilities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
