Healuxa operates this platform and is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact details are on our contact page.
Data we collect
Account data (email or phone number and a securely hashed password), booking and concierge request details you provide, communication preferences and consent choices, and technical data needed to keep your session secure (such as IP address and sign-in times).
We do not ask for clinical information in concierge requests.
Why we use it
To provide your account, bookings and concierge service, to verify practitioners and facilities, to send service messages and — only with your consent — marketing, and to keep the platform secure.
Who we share it with
The practitioner and facility you book with receive the details needed for your appointment. Payment processors receive payment data directly from you. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your data, withdraw consent at any time and object to certain processing, subject to applicable law in the UAE and, where relevant, the EU GDPR.
